Official terms and commercial conditions governing recruitment, staffing, and professional services provided by BSRI Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Welcome to BSRI Solutions Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement and commercial terms for our professional recruitment, permanent staffing, executive search, and consulting services.
1. Professional Fees
Our Professional Fees amount to 8.33% of the selected candidate’s First Year’s Gross Annual Emoluments, which is equal to ONE Month’s Gross Salary on average, calculated on ‘Total Cost-to-Company’ (CTC) per annum, as may be negotiated with the selected candidate(s).
2. Invoicing and Payment Terms
The invoice will be generated after 30 days from the candidate's Date of Joining (DOJ). Payment should be cleared within 3 days from the date of invoice generated.
3. Candidate Sourcing & Ownership Period
If the business rejects a resource sourced by BSRI Solutions and subsequently brings the same resource on-board within 6 months afterwards, it will be considered a BSRI candidate and the Client shall pay the full fee applicable for the resource.
4. 100% Free Replacement Guarantee
The BSRI professional fee is guaranteed for the agreed replacement period. If the candidate voluntarily resigns within that period, BSRI Solutions provides 100% free replacement of the resource.
5. Validity of Resumes
Resumes received from BSRI Solutions by your organization will be treated as active for a period of One Year. During this timeframe, should the candidate be taken on the rolls of your company, the onus of informing BSRI Solutions rests with you, and the placement shall be billed for payment accordingly.
6. Strict Confidentiality
You appreciate that the resumes of candidates are forwarded in strict confidence. It is explicitly understood that the identity and particulars of these candidates will not be revealed through your organization to anybody within or outside your organization.
7. Acceptance of Terms
As a token of your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions as stated above, you are requested to mail us a scanned copy of this document duly signed with seal by a competent officer of your Company.
